Maestro cannot be used together with another recovery solution product.  
       
    The PC with Maestro installed cannot use the ghost.  
      - It is required to delete Maestro to execute the ghost.  
       
    It is recommended to initialize the partition before installing Maestro if you install Maestro after deleting a recovery product of other company used previous in the same system because it might create an unexpected problem.  
      - It is no problem to install a product of other company after deleting Maestro Client.  
       
    The following works are recommended for stable installation and optimization.  
      - Deletion of virus and malicious code
- Application of Windows security patches
- Disk defragmentation and rearrangement (It is not applicable if you reinstall OS or execute the ghost)		  
       
    If you use a HDD as a single partition and install the program as default settings(RGB) D:\ is created.  
      - If you do not want to create it, check the option of ��Not use the partitioned disk�� in user definitions.  
       
    The default password of Maestro Server and Client is [maestro].  
       
    If the message of [Not able to connect to Server.] when authenticating the Maestro Server, contact the technical support team in headquarters.  
         
    If you use the Windows XP SP2 it is required to disable the Windows firewall or to set exceptional configuration in Maestro in order to get connected to the Maestro Server.  
       
    Virus Maestro Client(recovery) protects the C:\ only and continues to sustain the last configuration state even if the Maestro Server is in operation.  
      - The operation is continued in the last selected recovery mode even if there is an outage on the server     program.  
       
    If you use the start program and Regedit Control program, disable the control, install the Maestro and re-enable the control.  
       
    Will I be able to recover a system when Windows system files are damaged due to formatting or attacks from viruses or malicious codes so badly that I can��t even reboot a system?  
      - When using the Wizy Plus, disable the initial page lock and then install.  
       
    If the names of C:\ drives are not arranged sequentially (ex: C:\, F:\) in the installation stage, the F:\ drive name may be changed.  
       
    CMOS Setup  
      - Set Disable Virus Warning (Virus Scan)Function of PC before installation (Required)
- Disable HDD Power Management Function of PC before installation (Recommended)
- You can ignore above mentioned functions if there is none of those in COMS.
